On Sunday 10th of May Ben, Tom and Alasdair took part in the BUCS circuit race 3/4 cat. Both Ben & Tom had a very hard race the day before (BUCS RR) but were ready to give everything!

The beautiful circuit of Yorkshire didn’t see any successful breakaway during the race besides many attempts. Ben was at the front of the bunch and therefore well positioned to react to any attack.

Our 3 riders manage to not being caught in the few crashes that occurred in the sharp 180 corner. In the last few laps Alasdair did an impressive effort to lead Ben until the last corner where he did a fantastic sprint to take the 2d place.

It was a great race, team work paid off allowing Ben to have a silver medal. Well done guys!
